Privacy Policy
1 · Who we are
This site is operated by Hubly LLC, based in Miami, Florida. hublyusa.com is an institutional website aimed at wine producers and companies evaluating the United States market. It is not a store: nothing is sold here, there are no accounts to create and there is no mobile application.
U.S. import operations are carried through Buenavida Imports LLC, our affiliated licensed importer and distributor. Our consumer-facing ecommerce runs on a separate site, hubly.club, with its own policies.
2 · What you give us
We only receive what you choose to send:
- Contact form — your name, your winery or company, your email address, your message, and optionally a WhatsApp number.
- The Start experience — the same contact details, plus the answers you selected about your situation, so that our first conversation starts from where you actually are.
- Booking a call — the details you provide to our scheduling provider when you reserve a time.
- Email — anything you write to us directly.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
3 · What we collect automatically
- Pages viewed, time on the site and the path you followed through it.
- Device and browser type, screen size and language.
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address at country or city level.
- The site or campaign you arrived from — the referring page and any campaign parameters in the link, such as UTM tags.
- When you submit a form, our server also records the IP address, the browser identification string and the time of the submission. We use this to limit automated spam and to know which page the enquiry came from.
4 · Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a useful first conversation.
- To understand which pages and which campaigns bring the right enquiries.
- To improve the site.
- To keep a record of our commercial relationship in our CRM.
- To show relevant advertising and measure whether it works.
5 · Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and comparable technologies in four categories:
| Category | What it is for | How to control it |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Making the site work — page delivery, security and remembering the language you chose | Cannot be turned off; the site does not work without them |
| Web analytics | Understanding how the site is used, in aggregate | The cookie banner, and Cookie settings in the footer; also browser settings and the provider's opt-out tools |
| Advertising and measurement | Measuring campaigns and showing relevant advertising on social platforms | The cookie banner, and Cookie settings in the footer; also the ad-preference settings of each platform |
| CRM and marketing automation | Linking an enquiry to the visit it came from, so we do not ask you the same thing twice | The cookie banner, and Cookie settings in the footer; and you can ask us to delete your record |
This section describes categories, not specific accounts. We do not publish measurement or container identifiers here.
6 · Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share what is necessary with the providers that make the site and our commercial process work:
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Tag management and web analytics | |
| Meta | Advertising and campaign measurement |
| Advertising and campaign measurement | |
| Clientify | Our CRM — where an enquiry becomes a contact record |
| Zapier | Moving a submitted form into the CRM and triggering our notifications |
| Calendly | Scheduling calls |
| Our hosting provider | Serving the site and its logs |
We may also share information where we are required to by law, and if the business or its assets were ever transferred, contact records would form part of that transfer.
7 · Links to other sites
This site links to hubly.club, our consumer-facing store, and to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, as well as to our scheduling provider. Those are separate services with their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them. hubly.club in particular is a different site with a different purpose — buying wine as a consumer — and has its own terms and privacy policy.
8 · Your choices over analytics and advertising
On your first visit a banner asks what you allow. Until you answer it, only strictly necessary cookies load — analytics and advertising technologies stay off. This is not a notice you dismiss: it decides what runs.
You have three options: allow everything, reject everything that is not strictly necessary, or choose category by category —
- Analytics — how the site is used, in aggregate.
- Advertising and measurement — lets Meta and LinkedIn measure whether our campaigns work.
Your answer is kept in a first-party cookie for six months and applied on every page. You can change it whenever you want from Cookie settings at the foot of any page. Rejecting costs you nothing: same site, same content.
In technical terms: the site sets Google Consent Mode to
denied by default for analytics_storage,
ad_storage, ad_user_data and
ad_personalization, and updates it only for the categories you
allow.
Beyond the banner. Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site or for all sites; Google publishes an add-on that opts you out of its web analytics; Meta and LinkedIn each let you manage advertising preferences in your account settings. And you can always write to corporate@hublyusa.com and ask us to delete the record we hold — see section 10.
9 · How long we keep it
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Enquiries and CRM contact records | While the commercial relationship is active, and for five years after our last contact with you |
| Email correspondence | Same as above, unless we are required to keep it longer |
| Form submission logs — IP address, browser string, timestamp | 12 months |
| Server access logs | As kept by our hosting provider, in the ordinary course of operating the site |
| Web analytics | For the retention period configured with the provider; after that, only aggregate reporting remains |
When a period ends we delete the record or strip it of anything that identifies you. If you ask us to delete your record earlier, we do — see section 10.
10 · Your rights
Different countries give people different rights over their information. Rather than make you work out which regime reaches us, we apply the following to anyone who asks, wherever you are:
- Access — a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correction — fixing anything inaccurate or out of date.
- Deletion — removing your record, unless we are required to keep it.
- Portability — your contact record in a machine-readable file.
- Objection — asking us to stop using your information for analytics, advertising or marketing.
- Withdrawing consent — where we relied on your consent, you can take it back at any time. That does not undo what was done before you withdrew it.
How to exercise them. Write to corporate@hublyusa.com. We answer within 30 days. If a request is complex we will tell you and may take up to 30 days more. We may ask you to confirm your identity — normally by replying from the address we hold — so that we do not hand your record to someone else.
Exercising any of these costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for having done so. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can raise it with the data protection authority where you live.
11 · International transfers
We are based in the United States and this site is hosted there. Our audience includes wineries in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Spain and Italy, among others. If you write to us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, and by providers who may process it in the United States or in the European Union.
For transfers out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, as incorporated in the data processing terms of the providers listed in section 6.
United States law does not offer the same protections as some of those regimes. If that matters to you, section 10 tells you how to have your record deleted.
12 · Age
This site is for business use. It is not directed to anyone under 21, and nothing is sold here. By using it you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and of legal drinking age where you are.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us information, write to corporate@hublyusa.com and we will delete it.
Consumer purchases happen only on hubly.club, which runs its own age verification at checkout and at delivery under its own policies.
13 · Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below. For any question about privacy, or to ask us to delete your record, write to corporate@hublyusa.com.
Effective date: 9 September 2026.
