Working with Hubly

01What exactly does Hubly do?

We provide the licensed U.S. operating structure behind your brand — import, compliance, warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, invoicing and collections — plus commercial solutions that are activated according to what your project needs. U.S. import operations are carried through Buenavida Imports LLC, our affiliated licensed importer and distributor.

02Do I need my own U.S. company or importer?

No. Your wine enters through our affiliated licensed structure, so you don't have to incorporate, apply for federal and state permits, and wait before your first container moves.

You can work this way for as long as it works for you — it isn't a temporary arrangement, and building your own structure later is one option among several, not the assumed destination.

03Can I work with Hubly if my wine is already in the U.S., or if I already have a distributor?

Yes. If your wine is already in the U.S., or you already work with a distributor, we can often integrate with the structure that is already in place instead of replacing it. What stays and what changes depends on where the inventory sits, the licences involved and your existing agreements.

Commercial

04Does Hubly sell my wine for me?

Not as a sales force included by default. Hubly provides the operating structure and a set of commercial solutions that can be activated according to the project.

Some clients manage their own selling and use us for infrastructure, introductions and local execution; other projects activate a more hands-on commercial role from our team. The split is defined before anything starts.

05Does Hubly guarantee sales?

No. We do not guarantee sales or profitability. We can commit to the operating scope and the commercial actions agreed with you. Market results depend on the product, price, positioning, competition, execution and timing.

06What commercial work can Hubly activate?

Distributor development, retail placement, on-premise accounts, direct-to-consumer, lead generation and digital marketing. Which of these we activate — and in what order — depends on your stage and your objective.

A winery with a first container needs something different from one whose wine is already sitting in a warehouse and not moving.

07Who controls pricing and positioning?

Your brand and positioning remain yours. We agree the pricing strategy with you and do not reposition the brand without your approval. Downstream resale pricing can also depend on distributors, retailers and applicable state rules.

08How does direct-to-consumer work, and where does Hubly.club fit?

DTC means reaching the end customer through compliant eCommerce and shipping. It can offer higher gross-margin potential per bottle and a more direct relationship with the consumer, but demand still has to be created.

Hubly.club is our live consumer-facing ecommerce channel in the United States — a real example of that infrastructure already operating.

Operations

09What compliance and logistics does Hubly handle?

TTB label approval, FDA-related registrations and prior notice coordination, state registrations, compliant warehousing, inventory by SKU and lot, freight and customs coordination, fulfillment, order processing, and invoicing and collections from a U.S. entity in dollars.

10Can Hubly operate in more than one state?

Yes. Federal rules provide a common framework, but licences, registrations, distribution structures and other requirements vary materially by state. Expanding into a new state means checking that market individually.

We usually recommend building depth where the wine is working before opening multiple markets at once.

Getting started

11How is pricing structured?

Hubly has a standard commercial structure, while operating costs vary according to the scope of each project — shipments, compliance, storage and the commercial solutions activated. We define the scope and pricing with you before anything starts.
