Flexible Fee Structures:

  • Fixed Fee Model: $5,000, including storage for up to 2 pallets annually with no variable costs for sales.
  • Variable Fee Model: 15% of distributor sales price + Fixed Fee of $2,500.

Transparent Payment Terms:

  • 50% payment before merchandise shipment.
  • Remaining balance, freight, and nationalization costs settled upon merchandise arrival.

Included Services with Hub Logistics Fee:

  • Products available for sale to all 50 states and the Caribbean/Central America.
  • Oversight of customs processes for exports and imports.

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

Order requests processed within 24-48 hours, ensuring swift operations. Container arrivals registered within 3 days through meticulous cross-checks.

Seamless Payment Process:
Facilitate payments to the Importer via transparent bank transfers. Reimbursement for products upon sale(s), clearly outlined in monthly reports.

Exclusions:
