Hubly, Inc. (“Hubly” or “we,” “us,” “our”) is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy of visitors to Hubly and those who register to use our Services (as defined below). We understand your concerns about how information related to you is handled and shared. We value the trust you place in us and assure you that we will do so with careful consideration and sensibility. Collection of Personal Information

No Minors or Users Under 21.
As an alcohol distributor, Hubly does not market to, or permit sales or purchases by individuals under 21. If you are under 21, please refrain from using the Sites.
Forums and Referrals
We may offer bulletin boards, blogs, review areas, chat rooms, or similar spaces on the Sites. You agree that any information, including personal details, you choose to submit in such a space may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these spaces, and may result in unsolicited messages being sent to you. Hubly is not responsible for any information, including personal details, you choose to submit in these forums.
You may choose to use our referral program to inform others about our Sites. When using the referral program, Hubly requests the friend’s name and email address and will automatically send the friend emails or other communications inviting them to visit the Sites. By using this program, you confirm that you have the right to authorize us to send such communications to the individuals you submit for referral.
Sharing of Information
We do not engage in the business of selling personal information to third parties. We only share customer information as described below and with companies controlled by or under common control with Hubly that either are subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

If you haven’t provided us an email, then you acknowledge and agree that updates of the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service are effective when posted and you therefore agree to check our Sites frequently to see recent changes.
